Questions
Can I fit the short barrel before approval?
No. Wait for the approved Form 1.
Do I need a gun trust?
No. A trust only matters if other people will use the rifle without you.
Does it have to be engraved?
Yes. A Form 1 rifle is marked with the maker’s name (yours or your trust’s), city and state. We don’t engrave; ask us who does.
Where are SBRs not legal?
California, New Jersey, New York, Illinois, Rhode Island and Washington, D.C. restrict them. Check your state’s law.
